I want to become a Registered Nurse.

How do you know if the online school you’re applying to is accredited or not?

I need to take several foundation cs classes before I can start the MS program in CS. I have an engineering degree. I could take the foundation classes at the university but it is too expensive. Does anyone know of any good community colleges that offer CS classes online? Thanks
