I am considering going online to get a degree for paralegal studies. Are these online degrees legit, or scam? I am divided..it seems that they might offer something but yet I have a voice in the back of my head that screams scam. Any advice?

Which legitimate universities offer online or distance courses? I’m looking specifically for sciences courses such as introductory physics and biology courses.

Does anyone have any experience with this program or university??

I’m a resident of the Philippines and I am interested in taking online associate courses from the University of Phoenix. Would they accept a non-US resident/citizen to take their online courses? What do I need to apply? How much would it cost (do you think I’d have the same rate as those residing in the States)? Thank you for any help.
